This Addendum forms part of the Terms & Conditions between you ("Owner", data controller) and Patrick Lynott, trading as Wagg ("Wagg", data processor). It applies whenever Wagg processes personal data on your behalf. By agreeing to the Terms, you agree to this Addendum.

Wagg processes personal data on the Owner's behalf for the duration of the Owner's account, for the purpose of providing the Wagg service — scheduling, client and pet records, invoicing, expenses, and MTD submission support. Data subjects are the Owner's clients and staff; personal data includes contact details, pet records, and staff employment details entered by the Owner.

Wagg will:

• Process personal data only on the Owner's documented instructions, unless required otherwise by law.
• Ensure anyone processing the data is bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures.
• Only engage sub-processors as set out in section 3.
• Assist the Owner in responding to data subject rights requests and meeting their own data protection obligations.
• Notify the Owner without undue delay of any personal data breach affecting their data.
• Delete or return personal data at the end of the relationship, except where retention is required by law.
• Make available information reasonably necessary to demonstrate compliance with this Addendum.

The Owner authorises Wagg to engage sub-processors to help provide the service, including cloud hosting, payment processing, and email delivery providers. Wagg will impose data protection obligations on sub-processors equivalent to those in this Addendum, notify Owners of material changes to this list, and remain liable for sub-processors' compliance.

Where personal data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, Wagg will ensure an appropriate transfer mechanism is in place beforehand.

Liability under this Addendum is subject to the limitation of liability set out in the Terms & Conditions.
